This was Day 2 of Week 6
Today's goal:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
- Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
- Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
- Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
So I did this run on Monday. I am so busy today and I don't have much to say. But I thought I'd let you know that I am still running.
