- Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
- Walk 1/4 mile (or 2-1/2 minutes)
- Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
- Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)
- Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
Wow....today was hard....again. This week seems quite a stretch from last week and I'm really wondering how I am going to finish this out. I have one more day of this week and then on to something that will probably be even harder! Yikes! I'm going to keep pressing on and I keep thinking that eventually I really will be able to run the whole amount!
