Goal: Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following:
- Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
- Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
- Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
- Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)
Today was the last day of week 3! Why am I so excited you ask? Because this was the week I thought I couldn't make it and not only have I made it, but I felt pretty good today. Next week look even more daunting, but I just have to believe I can do it!
Weather has been very good here in Denver and promises to continue to be that way at least for the next week. It's nice to be able to run without some of the bitter cold I had last week. I'm feeling kinda wiped out tonight, so I'm not going to write much else. Thanks for following along and keeping me accountable! I appreciate all the support.
