Day 16 - Heartburn

Today's goal:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
  • Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
  • Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
  • Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
  • Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
  • Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)

So, today I decided to run a little earlier in the day. Andy and I went for Chick-Fil-A for lunch today. Since we haven't really seen each other in awhile I thought it would be a good chance to sit down from the distractions at home and just catch up. However, I guess I didn't wait long enough after that amazing meal, because I was definitely hurting via heartburn on today's run. Oh well! Otherwise it was a good run!

  1. Way to go!!! So after the 10 weeks what do you think you will do. Say that was fun glad I'm glad I did it and glad it is over, or keep doing it???

  2. My goal is to keep up running every other day, or close to it. It is a nice stress reliever and now that I have built up the stamina I don't want to lose it!
